Custom-made products are manufactured based on the details you provide.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Orders for custom tarpaulins cannot be changed once production has started

You are responsible for ensuring all order details (sizes, quantities, specifications) are correct.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch

  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout

Bulk and custom pricing may be provided via quotation and is valid only for the specified period.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Australia-wide delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only

  • Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Titan Tarps is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard Products

Returns may be accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, provided:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • Return requests are made within a reasonable timeframe

Custom-Made Products

Due to their made-to-order nature:

  • Custom tarps are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by our 2-Year Warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Environmental damage beyond intended use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Titan Tarps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product
