At Titan Tarps, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Returns for Standard Products

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • The return request is made within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Custom-Made Products

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom tarpaulins:

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Exceptions apply only if the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications

Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and details are correct before confirming your order.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind on custom-made products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Products altered or modified after delivery
